running across this title: Coping with Alzheimer's-A Caregiver's Emotional Survival Guide.
I finally ordered it today...for 1 cent. Plus 5 bucks in shipping, of course.
God, I love Amazon.
I was at my parents on Thursday and my mom and I were talking about everything that has been going on with your mom and you...just everything. What you've had to deal with the past two weeks, the past two months before that, the wedding, everything. I told my mom, I know she's tired and stressed and upset, but I just can't believe or explain how she has done everything just right; perfect. Lara, you have done everything correctly and made all the right moves since the first day you brought your mom back home with you. Your timing has been wonderful (for both of you) and I want you to know that your mother is lucky to have someone as smart and caring as you looking after her.
